York Minster from the ramparts of the castle round at sunset - Open Edition Standard 3:2 ratio Print

from $100.00

The ancient city of York has been in existence for many years longer than this iconic building it is renowned for. However, as an example of gothic architecture at it’s highest standard there are few that can equal York Minster. Whilst these days sadly no longer a “one off” for gothic cathedrals it was severely damaged by fire in July of 1984. Now fully restored it was a monumental task to first find the skilled craftsmen and then complete it’s restoration and repair. The way the last few beams of the sun catch its spires at the end of the day in this image is likely similar to the vision that has enthralled Yorkshiremen for generations.

  • This is an open-edition print in either a lustre (semi-gloss) or matt finish.

  • All sizes are listed in inches with a 3:2 ratio

  • Images are printed borderless and ready for mounting/framing

  • Prices exclude GST - 10% GST will be added at checkout

  • Shipping can be arranged for Australia or world wide as tracked poster tubes.
