Alive with dragon flies and cute little frogs, it’s a habitat that never fails to impress and delight. Thankfully, there are plenty of wetlands at the edges of towns and villages across the North of Queensland where this scene is replicated, and once witnessed it can be an enduring recollection of living in or visiting the region.
